Terms and Conditions

Exhibitors are any Individual / Company / Organization / Country participating in the exhibition, Prospective exhibitors should apply on the prescribed application blank for participation together with full payment. Allotment will be on "first-paid-first service" basis subject to receipt of all payments. All payments should be made by Cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favor of "vpillias expo" or "MES vpillai expo" payable at Mumbai.

Rental includes passes for exhibitors staffing the stand during the Exhibition.

Organizer reserve the right to reallocate space, change the layout, add or delete corridors in space plan which may affect the orientation of some exhibitors.

Organizer reserve the right to turn down the applications for participation, or even deny participation to exhibition already confirmed. Organizer's decision shall be final.

Exhibitor enters into contract with the Organizer upon submission of the duly filled in application. A prospective exhibitor agrees to participate in the exhibition and to abide by regulations & by-law, handed out to the exhibitor before the start of the exhibition.
In the eventuality of any cancellation of the stall booking prior to the start of the exhibition, the exhibitor is liable to pay the space rentals in full to the organizer.

Exhibitor ensures that the exhibits in the stall would not exceed 10ft. in height. Exhibits for display can be brought into the venue at their expense one day prior to the starting date of the exhibition from 1500 hrs onwards and stalls should be kept ready for the exhibition by 2000 hrs on the same day. All materials brought in by the exhibitor needs to be removed by the exhibitor at their expenses by 1500 Hrs on the following day of the last day of the exhibition. Organizer will NOT be responsible if the exhibitors fail to remove the material within the stipulated time limit.

Exhibitors are responsible to insure the material against all ascertainable risks from transportation to display and removal at their expense. Organizer will in NO way be held responsible for the same.

Organizer reserves the right to photograph any exhibit for their use.

Any and all expenses chargeable to exhibitors must be settled before the closure of the exhibition to ensure smooth removal of goods from the exhibition venue.
